How do we get paid? Do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions, or if you have a unique situation to address. --- BookConsignments.com 10170 Bellwright Rd. Ste B Kevin Jordan --- Ava Jordan --- Leah Bowling --- Joseph Grogan --- Joanne DeVitoWhat are the costs to my organization for the Full Service Program? Do you have any fees we need to know about?
We charge you nothing. Ever. You provide your Account Management Team access to your recently donated or discarded books, movies, and music. We will provide you with high quality, profitable, hassle-free service. We have no hidden fees, no storage fees, no processing fees. Period.
How much will my organization earn?
Your organization will earn 35-50% of what we receive for each item sold. The higher the value of your items, the higher the percentage you earn from your sales.
Our library has community book sales and/or a book store. Will consigning replace them? No, you can expect your book sales to continue uninterrupted. Our clients experience little to no change in that revenue. Bookconsignments.com's program is a way to enhance and measureably increase revenue to your group by selling 2-10% of your donations or withdrawn library items for more than they could be sold for at a local book sale. This leaves 90-98% of your items available for sale in your traditional community sale methods. Consigning the most valuable items to BookConsignments.com will increase the money you will make each year to fund the needs of your group. We have many references from groups from small to large that can share their experiences with our group and the positive financial impact we have had on their organization.
We are already working with a similar company, what makes you different?
We are not "book dealers" which you may have locally. We sell exclusively for others, with no conflict of interest. And we generally pay a higher percentage back to our clients than most programs offer.
Our full service clients are provided a professional, trained staff to help their organization realize more money for your donations and discards. Our Account Management Teams will come to your location on a regular basis to select items most likely to sell online, pack and transport them. Our warehouse staff catalogues your consignments that we offer for sale on up to 15 websites. Our shipping department packages hundreds of packages each morning, fielding all the customer service requests. And we pay you 35-50% of the amount received for every one of your consignments. We are YOUR fully staffed Online Store.
What will you accept for consignment?
We will accept any book, cd, dvd, or VHS item that has a reasonable value and is likely to sell within a predetermined amount of time to provide constant revenue to your organization. We happily accept clean withdrawn library books and media that meet the guidelines for consignment. We fully disclose what an item's condition is to potential buyers, so they know what they will receive at the time of purchase. We are happy to accept complete sets of World Books Encyclopedias from 2005 and up. Our client services team, or the tools we provide, will help determine items that fit into the guidelines we have for sales.
Do we have to sign a contract?
We do not require long term binding contracts, but we will have a signed agreement to define our terms of service for you.
Why should we select BookConsignments.com as our line sales partner?
We proudly share references from our clients who have consented to release their contact information. We do, however, closely guard their privacy, as we will yours. It is our consignor's option to disclose participation in BookConsignments.com's program. Our clients are our best sales team, and we reward them for their help. .
